Newer homes and older terraces

Questions to ask any sprayer
Whoever you choose, a few questions sort out who will leave a finish that lasts. What is the frame cleaned with before priming? Is it keyed, and is a primer used? How many coats go on? What does the guarantee cover and for how long? Are they insured while they work on your house?
