How the job goes
On the day, the first hour is spent protecting everything we are not spraying: panes covered, sills and brickwork sheeted, paths and cars kept clear. Then each frame is cleaned with a solvent cleaner and lightly abraded so the primer has something to hold, primed where the surface needs it, and sprayed in several thin coats with drying time in between.
